Vivre only shipped via JNE courier services. Please contact us if other shipping courier is preferred.

However for overnight shipping, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

Once Vivre received your order and checked that our dresses are in perfect condition, it takes us 48 hours to refund your deposit. Please provide us your banking account number.

Yes, appointment is required when you want to drop by our showroom.
For coming to the showroom, we recommend that you book at least 7 days before. For ordering online, we advice you book at least 1 months prior to your event date just in case the dresses that you love had been rented out by other customers.
Once you schedule an instore appointment, you will be assigned a stylist who will guide you through the dress selection process. You will receive one to one attention in our showroom.
